The joys of experimentation
Really quickly, I blew up my site. There was nothing special about it, but I didn’t have a plan. Not a hint of a plan. And that’s why, after a year and a few hours, I’m feeling regret that I didn’t think this through.
If you spend any time doing web design work at all, you can’t help but tinker. There’s always something that doesn’t look quite right. Always something that could be better. And when you disappear for six months or so, when you come back, you have to relearn everything. Pause six months, do again.
Just a quick aside, after struggling with the WordPress 2024 theme the last few hours, what is going on with the usability of FSE?
